6. Limited Liability

9. Programs running in the Background
We do not allow programs that run continuously in the background. Allow programs to operate in the background as an extension of the client's website, but do not allow use of programs specifically designed to operate in the background.
10. Cron Jobs
We do not allow the running of scripts by cronuri set at less than 15 minutes.
11. CGI Scripts
CGI scripts can be used by our customers, being part included in the services offered, but any CGI script specifically designed to adversely affect server performance or network integrity may be closed without notice.
12. Chat Room
We do not allow the use of chat rooms of each client on our servers due to special requirements of these programs.
13. Units for additional services
If the script that you want to use other software requires activation server, DonHost.ro is not required to install those programs, unless they consider that their activation would adversely affect the stability or security of the server. 15. Terms of payment and invoicing

All invoices will be sent via email and a printable version will provide the customer control panel. Customers must pay their invoice in advance at the beginning of each payment within 5 working days from the invoice issue date.
Customers wishing closing a hosting account or any service acquired must send a notification by email, at least 5 days before the due date, or invoice shall be payable for at least a month.

17. Account suspension for unpaid services

18. Warranty - Money back in 30 days
Each hosting client of SC mustache BRANDS INTL SRL has a guarantee of 30 days. If during this period you are not completely satisfied with the quality hosting service, you can request and get back money paid in advance.
The following services are not included in the guarantee of 30 days: fees for registration of domain names (national and / or international), fees paid for Dedicated Servers, VPS, VDS services ordered as a reseller and any other fees paid for optional services / special other than the standard offer.
If the account is canceled due to breach by the customer of these terms and conditions, no refund will be made.

SMS payments are not refundable.
